PCIe has lots of choices, so you could get whatever fits your budget. I’m a Nvidia fan as I have never had good luck with ATI but most people don’t seem to have my ATI curse.

I’ve used both, but I tend to use ATI for AMD and NVidia for Intel, although most boards now use onboard video.
