He’s not on record against Heliocentrism, just the changes made to Catholicism during and since the 2nd Vatican Council.

I’ve been saying it a lot recently but he really is spouting the Falangist line. They were a nationalist, Roman Catholic theocratic, organisation that was anti-democracy and anti-union via a fig leaf of anti-Communism. “God, Nation, Family” with everyone in their proper place and no need for any intellectual curiosity either.

It lead directly to their civil war and its totalitarian aftermath that crippled two generations in Spain and it’s still hurting their nation to this day.

And Santorum is getting how many agreeing with him? He’s very much the most dangerous candidate of the bunch - both for his message and for the fact that he is a true believer of it.
