Absolutely. The situation almost never happens. It’s so unlikely in fact that it makes no sense to base any kind of policy on it; and any policies like that are invariably put forth by the kind of people who use it as a wedge to help them put further restrictions on women’s rights.

That may be so, but I don’t base my views on the possible motives of other people who hold them.
