You said earlier I need to prove some of the principles I have been alluding to in the SYG legal factors. Looks like I have to start at SCOTUS, I shared one link above. So anyway I’m gathering that info as I can. Some of what I was alluding to or asserting can be found in SCOTUS self defense rulings from quite some time ago. 1895, 1921.

I hope to have more hard data after more research.
