I was actually referring to the Federal Supremacy Clause of the Constitution, which I feel this state law would violate. As for that group of state lawmakers, they’re going to get a rude awakening; They may favor ‘right to work’ legislation, but Scott Walker announced back in May (edited) that he would veto any such bill that reached his desk (he did that because he needed to do so to avoid losing the recall election). Further, Real ID is essential to allow states to implement Voter ID laws, and its implementation is also something Arizona’s SB 1070 was predicated on.

So these loons are advocating positions that are by turns unconstitutional, already disavowed by Gov. Walker, and in the last case harmful to laws that Wisconsin has already passed. Talk about an EPIC FAIL!
