As I said, it depends very much on the judge. But based on my experience, if you bring amateurish & insulting pleadings into a Federal Courtroom, some of those judges can get into a very Old Testament mood. Catch an old, crotchety Reagan appointee late in the day, and things can get … intense.

Particularly if you’ve been demonstrating bad faith and a blatant attempt to subvert the legal system by threatening witnesses if they do not violate attorney-client and had over incriminating evidence.
