If anything, there’s a reason that people aren’t that religious anymore. They see religion for what it is, a means to control. But for those who remain “religious” losing that power/control is daunting and must be corrected.

For Beck, this means using Passover, which isn’t even a holiday he celebrates, to somehow reinforce that bigotry should be allowed and enabled by and through religious views.
