They wont, because he’s too busy packing the courts with their approved right wing extremists to care. Even if they lose in 2020, they’ll have decades to influence court rulings and potentially overturn key decisions re: civil/voting rights, abortion, birth control, etc.

They can legislate from the bench, knowing that the actual legislature is a clusterfuck of right wing know-nothings who can’t do their jobs, but can obstruct actual legislation and progress all too easily.
