Duckworth’s daughters will be 2 and 4 years old in ‘20 (she is the first US Senator to give birth while in office). That should be worth north of a million votes. After all, even hard-core Democrats were ready to vote for Piper and Trig Palin in ‘08. Alas, they were not the ones running.
