President Trump says he plans to end birthright citizenship with an executive order

It’s USA today.
I know he doesn’t expect it to work.
Does he love losing in the courts?

How are you so sure that SCOTUS wouldn’t overturn birthright citizenship? I’m not sure if anything given what they did to the Voting Rights Act and the Muslim ban.
