True, and it will probably be released today. But Crowley never made any claims about what Whalen said during the 911 call. He said that he spoke with Whalen personally, on the street, and she said then that she had witnessed two black men.

Whalen now denies that she spoke with Crowley on the street at all.

Maybe it’s all the ‘Nirther paranoia rubbing off, but I’m beginning to wonder if Whalen had some type of grievance with Gates and made the 911 call just to yank his chain…
