If Walker is doing it, it’s because he was told to do so by his bosses at the Koch Brothers. He’s too corrupt to do anything for the good of Wisconsin.

Even if that were true (and I don’t think it is), he’s planning to build and improve roads, as you folks on the left have been demanding. So a proposal has been put forward to do at least some of what you wanted; If you think that proposal flawed, put forward a counter to it. Such is politics, after all.
