Well, it’s eight o’clock at night on Halloween.
I have three pounds of candy.
And, not one knock at my door thus far.

It’s cold and drizzly in the Twin Cities.
I didn’t buy any candy.
I’ve got all but one light turned off in the house.

If anyone shows up, the only thing I have to offer is a scoop of rocky road ice cream.
