pretty sure there’s no regulations
yeah, a few court cases. ok, some ‘supreme’, big and famous ones

still
- if emoluments (enumerated) dont count, and
- high crimes and misdemeanors (enumerated) dont count,
- why does exec priv (not enumerated)?

The courts ruled against Obama for that with regart to “Fast and Furious.”
