I’m hard pressed to see how any rational person could think that, if he had to kill enough marauders to make a significant dent in a 1000 round stash, they’d come in at a rate that would allow him to reload before they overran him.

What creeps me out is the apparent expectation that the marauders would just keep coming after the kooks shoot dozens, indeed, hundreds, of them. They really think they will be dealing with sub-humans, like the walkers in the Walking Dead.
