He’s greasing the skids for pardoning everyone who’s complicit with Russia, no doubt.

I can almost hear the excuses already - ‘Nobody complained about the first 30 pardons, why are they complaining about this bunch?’

From other sources it appears he’s playing with a new toy as much as anything. Someone needs to find something shiny to distract him.
