If WI remains gerrymandered yes…for POTUS perhaps, perhaps not. PA not sure. All states, not sure. It depends on who the candidate is.

You’re going to have roadblocks either way. I don’t know. I just think people are overestimating Biden as a candidate. I get why people want him to run. I just think we’re making a mistake if we just go with him.
