I’m assuming investigations and being certain of what laws were broken and how to write the warrants. Arrests for arrests sake is pointless if you don’t have the laws behind the arrest. These are people who didn’t kneel on the guy, they just did nothing as he died.

Personally, I’d rather the charges stick them have some bullshit show arrest.

I could understand that if we did not have direct video evidence of them failing to provide assistance to someone in danger of asphyxiating…
