Mitch McConnell made clear before Obama took office that he was going to make Obama a one-term president. The Republicans did everything in their power to obstruct Obama; once they took control of the House in 2010, Obama had no way of implementing any policies except through Executive Orders. It’s McConnell who has inflicted permanent damage on this country and is in lockstep with Trump’s evil.
