Watching MSNBC this morning, a panel discussion on this topic, 18 percent of black men vote conservative. I had to do stuff and take Cleo out and missed the part where they got to the WTAF why of that. Black women had a much lower number, less than 5 percent. I don’t get it, but people are fucking weird.

I’m sure there’s a bit of misogyny at play here, and based on personal anecdotal evidence there’s probably some religious BS and homophobia pushing that number up as well. I also wouldn’t be surprised if a good chunk of that 18% is enlisted in the military.
