This is no different from some Trump administration wit a couple years ago (cannot remember the context — could have been something tied to the separating children from their families) who specified the number 1488, clearly a shoutout to Trump’s white supremacist base. So this may have been designed in plain sight to tell others that CPAC is increasingly aligned with their interests.
