There are two possibilities: 1) Trump actually turned over the documents he was supposed to, or 2) the check cleared for the judge’s bribe.

Or 3) when he said there were no relevant documents to turn over, that was accurate (DT was notorious for destroying documents, you may recall). You might read the article referenced.
