My spouse works in advertising and political season just started. Her workload has been double the average for the last month because of the HCR bill and it’s not going to slow down until November. My poor girl has been working almost 60 hours a week just to keep up.

I knew the FCC regs were a mess, I just didn’t realize how screwed up the laws were until she moved into this position. Half of the extra work she has to do is just to verify compliance with the political advertising regs. Very time consuming and costly.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, ….except when we feel like it or think we can manage it better.

We’ve come a long way baby!
