Hagel will be voted in. There will be a handful of dissenting votes, and some perhaps even coming from the Dems who have questions about him according to Jonathan Karl of ABC

I just said I wasn’t certain that McConnell would vote for Hagel. Sotomayor and Kagan were much more sure things than him and I’m almost positive that he didn’t vote for their confirmation. So why would I expect him to vote for Hagel who’s gotten a lot of controversy already?
