Journalist friend of mine - an actual award-winning journalist, not a pretend one like UpChuck - was essentially told to “find a new job” because he made a few typos. No matter that his articles were well-researched and factually accurate; a few misspelled words over several months’ worth of content is apparently a big deal.

Their editors must have sucked.
