This is what a lot of Kremlin-sponsored trolling seems to be about about encouraging: they are not so much concerned with who wins the election as they are in ensuring that America is divided and conflicted. The weaker and more ineffective we are, the more free hand Putin has to pursue his own political goals.

This is a good point. Got to keep communication going somehow.
