It is not “voter fraud” for someone to be registered in two states. My kids are still on the voter rolls at our address even though they moved away years ago and vote where they currently live. I mentioned this to the poll worker the last time I went to vote in person and she said they can only remove them from the rolls if they receive a registered letter from the voter requesting the removal.
