Man “peculiar institution” and people complain about political correctness now. But yeah I get it, no one wants to admit their kin fought for slavery. I really have no problem if someone wants a CSA flag but I do wish they’d take a good look at the CSA.

Well, the fellow in our county seat who flies the Dixie Swastika from his flagstaff (WTF this is Nebraska) took it down after Charlottesville. He’s flying a Cornhuskers flag now.

My neighbour with the “88” tattoo on her neck was out walking her dog just before the eclipse and stopped to talk to my wife and me. She initiated her conversation by saying she thought she needed to rethink her position.

(If she’s serious about that, I might be asking for help from the folks here at LGF on how to discuss this subject without driving her away. She already knows I am a socialistic liberal Democratic atheist so those won’t be stumbling blocks. But if she is serious about leaving behind the white supremacy support, I would like to help with that rather than foul it up.)
