North Korea TV Revamps Weather Report (Goes to the BBC)

North Korea’s state television is trying to introduce modern reforms in its weather forecasting, such as allowing the presenter to stand up and point to weather features on the map.

Do they still need to thank Kim Jong Un for all the nice weather and blame the imperialist dogs for all the bad?
