I have lots of lined Le Creuset skillets, pots, dutch ovens, and associated cast iron cooking bits I’ve acquired over the years. I also have a fair amount of raw cast iron cookware.
Since I have an induction cooktop I live and die by cookware that a magnet can attach to. I have mostly stainless steel, but one that has a metal insert that’s non-stick, which works well enough.
