Romney’s first (?) anti-Obama ad contained Obama’s words taken out of context to make him bad. Instead of apologizing his campaign said that the outrage is what they were looking for. Some civility. No doubt, they will continue in this mode.

And Romney can personally act civil, but the PACs won’t.
