This roadshow (on “education”) that NBC and their sponsors have been putting on is probably nothing more than a feel-good exercise. The interlocutor, I’m betting, had instructions to not be combative or in any sense cross examine.

The slickness of Jindal is that he mentioned “private school” but then ignored that his plan sends public money to said “private” schools.

And of course he wasn’t pressed on this.
