Silly Papists! Imminent Domain belongs to the State, not to God!

Though I wonder how you can claim imminent domain without having every surveyed the land. And how will a court feel about you suing to get permission to survey? I have my doubts they’d allow that. So the best approach would probably be to not let the pipeline company even get their foot in the door so to speak.
