I expect more stories about Franken. And if true I’ll dance a jig if he’s booted. But I don’t get the argument that what Franken has been accused of so far is remotely equivalent to what Moore has been accused of.

Molesting underage girls ≠ groping.

Are both detestable and deplorable? Absolutely.

In Franken’s case, he came out and admitted the wrongdoing, apologized, and the victim has accepted Franken’s apology all within 24 hours.
In Moore’s case, he’s doxxing journalists, threatening to sue the accusers, and refuses to admit that he’s in any way guilty when the number of accusers keeps piling up and the proof becomes overwhelming that he went hard after high school girls because they were vulnerable and he was using his position to have his way while enforcing silence from his victims.

Oh, and Moore’s supporters are still excusing Moore’s behaviors, even as the evidence piles up.
