Again I am having trouble with Microsoft Office 2016 … Outlook keeps loading and crashing, all other programs won’t open.

I’m reëvaluating my life choices in buying the “upgrade” to Office 2007 which worked perfectly.

I’m the head of IT for a smallish government contractor and have worked in this field more or less since 1997* and I’ve not got any version of Outlook 2016 other than the Android app to work correctly past a reboot yet. It seems to corrupt my profile every time I exit the program. After *eight* times setting it up, I quit bothering.

In the office on my workstation there I have 2013 and it works fine. When I work from home, I have to use the Outlook web app or my phone to check my mail.
