All of us paying attention know it will. What all of us paying attention need to do is not to lament that McConnell won’t let it pass. We all need to be telling everyone to call their congressperson to require a vote on it. Angry, not resigned.

I really think that all bills should be required to be voted down. None of this clandestine killing them in committee crap.
