Cyber Ninjas and their lawyer(s) are in some serious trouble with the court in Arizona.
How it started:

Court hearing for Cyber Ninjas this morning and Doug Logan has two out of state lawyers repping him since his AZ lawyer wants off the case because he says he hasn’t been paid. New lawyers are Jonathan Miller of Georgia and Mike Smith of Michigan.

They’ll try to appeal the decision but I don’t think it has much chance of success.

Here’s the thing, the former lawyer is trying to get out of case because he hasn’t been paid. Two out-of-state lawyers have come in to represent Cyber Ninjas, and how exactly are *they* getting paid?

Someone is going to take it on the chin, and I’m here for it.
