KFOR News in Oklahoma City reports that a group of students and alums plan to sue the university for calling them racist, in response to video of the members chanting a racist song while on a bus. The fraternity is reportedly “outraged” that Boren shut them down and has hired lawyer Stephen Jones, the man who defended Oklahoma City Bomber Timothy McVeigh.
