I agree, but according to her and Sessions, her right to negatively impact the lives of those whose health is already compromised outweighs their right to be protected because of her “deeply held religious beliefs.” This is pure, 100% BS. How in the hell should her so-called deeply held religious belief to refuse a flu shot be allowed to endanger the health of those she’s tasked with caring for in a nursing home? Sessions is, and has always been, someone who thinks his religion should permit him and others practicing that religion to make religious-based choices, even if those choices harm others or restrict their constitutional rights. He really belongs in a padded cell in a mental health facility, not in the position of U.S. A. G.
