Rather than rehashing the things that I persistently write. I will say this simply and directly. The cost of inaction is billions of deaths. This will result from lost land, lost fresh water, lost agriculture and spread of contagion.

The trends are accelerating.

Anyone who does not think that this is real and right now is fooling themselves.
