It’s a failure of governance and of democracy.

Just like the 2nd Amendment, the Senate is increasingly obsolete.

Don’t know what the House record is to date. However, this week will be another example. The House will vote on “Plan B” today which Obama already said he would veto. Meanwhile, Plan B won’t even come up for a Senate vote. They love to waste time.
