First Amendment as written by Founders protects political speech. Not profanity, obscenity, vulgarity or pornography.— Bryan Fischer (@BryanJFischer) February 25, 2013
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Hmm, nothing in there saying anything about just political speech. So apparently Bryan thinks free speech can be regulated, but firearms cannot. Good to know
