re: #123 Targetpractice
Sometimes I feel I need to type out a paragraph and print a small card that summarizes how the heyday of US trade and manufacturing was the period where the rest of the world was bankrupted and smashed to shit by WW2 and/or recovering from several centuries of colonialism.
When Europe recovered and the developing world hit an infrastructure point where there was power, roads, and ports, the entire picture of trade changed. And to that transformation of production (automation, MMI efficiency gains), and transportation.
It’s unmaking soup.
Anybody watching Legion? Because damn its good.
