Right there—the old “if you get sick, die quickly” plan, because high-risk pools are and always have been totally out of reach for not just poor people, but everyone except rich people, who won’t need them anyway. What a crock o’shit.

That’s what my RW brother preaches: we will solve health care problems by having insurance companies cover healthy people (and make a killing doing that, of course) and the government will provide for sick people!!
