There is nothing unusual about that level of activity at all, since there are hundreds THOUSANDS of military aircraft stationed in Japan and Korea. The C-12U is an ordinary staff transport, the KC-767s are Japanese rather than US or ROK aircraft. They and the KC-135s are likely to be airborne if there are fighters airborne on exercise and there are hundreds of fighters flying on such exercises literally every day somewhere in the theater. Combat Talon, a special ops C-130, is stationed permanently in that area.
