And there should be more judges to handle the caseload.

Plenty of reason aside from political payback. But payback would be sweet.

There’s your argument and it’s a lot better than what Senator Joseph Robinson did for FDR. And it’s true too. The country has grown a lot since we settled on 9 Scotus judges.
