Horizon is owned by a Portuguese company based in Houston Texas. I don’t know about Orion yet. I’m not going to research anymore. The other person is not interested in thinking critically, only spouting Fox News bullshit. They haven’t done any research and aren’t going to. Not worth my time.

I do think it is interesting that the 2 companies I know anything about have ties to Big Oil.
