There is a real alt-right push for American white babies (didn’t Paul Ryan just give his nod to this) so I think it’s fair to be skeptical about whether they would indeed be okay with it were they rich brown folks in this high profile scam.

Dealing with these deplorables is often an excercise in figuring out in what situations green can temporarily trump white. It certainly can vary.
