I walk a fine line in my village since the overwhelming majority voted for Trump. If I was to push everyone in town out who voted for Trump, I would be left with one other person besides my wife.
Instead it’s more along the lines of pointing out problems when I see or hear of them with his administration. I doubt I’ll even sway most of the town, but this is the same town that pulled the lever for him and put me in local office twice. I can’t figure it out.
People are more than the vote they cast in an election.
Most of my immediate family voted for Trump, I did not. It doesn’t mean that I’m going to disown them or they are going to disown me. It also doesn’t mean that we can’t celebrate and enjoy things together without everything turning into a political argument.
