Aside from the incident itself, the video also shows a chilling microcosm of what America’s going through right now (vulnerable members of minority groups attacked by bigots and needing white allies to step up and speak out). And if you listen closer to the bigoted white woman’s words, she says, over and over, “you will lose this country.”

And that’s really what it boils down to - she (or, as one twitter user called her, “Frau Von Papersplease”) will excuse and even celebrate everything GOPers do because it represents their only chance to keep white power in America.
